How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed, it typically takes us 3-5 business days to process, pack, and ship your items.
Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. Orders containing special releases may take 1-2 weeks to process.
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the destination:
- Domestic (US & Canada): Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days.
- International: Standard shipping typically takes 12-25 business days, depending on the destination. Please be aware that shipping times may be longer for orders to certain regions due to customs delays or global events. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but rest assured, your order is on its way.
Order Edits & Changes
Once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes or edits to the order. Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are correct before completing your purchase. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been processed.
Order Protection
We offer Order Protection at checkout for added peace of mind. This service protects your order from loss, damage, or theft during shipping. If something happens to your package while it's in transit, you can easily file a claim through our Order Protection service, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, shipping fees only cover the cost of shipping. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these are the responsibility of the customer. Plantsbasically is not responsible for any customs or duties fees imposed by local authorities.
Subscription Policy
When you place an order on our website, the subscription option is preselected for your convenience. This means that unless manually changed, your order will be set to a recurring subscription. You are notified on the order page, in the cart, and at checkout that this is a recurring subscription.
To manage your subscription, you can access your subscription portal using the Subscription Login link on our website. You will receive an email with a link to cancel or modify your subscription in your order confirmation email, as well as a reminder two days before any upcoming charge.
From your subscription portal, you will have full control over your subscription, allowing you to modify or cancel it at any time. We will send email notifications two days prior to each scheduled delivery to keep you informed about upcoming shipments. Please manage your subscription proactively, as failure to cancel before order processing will result in ineligibility for a return or refund.
By keeping the subscription option selected, you acknowledge your responsibility for managing your subscription and agree to our cancellation policy.
Returns
Satisfaction Guarantee
At Plantsbasically, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date for your first bottle (excluding shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties). This applies to the first bottle of our Juicy Joint Extract or any other qualifying products.
- Non-refundable items: Refunds are not available for merchandise, sample packs, limited edition items, or products purchased on sale.
For subscription orders (3 or 6 months), any unopened products must be returned to us. Customers will need to provide proof of unopened and unused bottles for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Instructions
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process once we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.
Damaged Product Replacements
If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at orders@plantsbasically.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will gladly replace the product at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us at orders@plantsbasically.com as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed for shipping.
Amazon & Other Retail Orders
If you purchased a Plantsbasically product through Amazon or another retailer, please refer to the retailer’s return or refund policies, as we are unable to process returns or refunds for orders not placed through our website.
